SMS Terms of Service

The Auto Cover IQ Auto Insurance Education SMS Program is run by Auto Cover IQ, an independent auto insurance educational resource based at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. Auto Cover IQ is not an insurance carrier, agent, broker, or marketplace. This program sends two distinct types of messages:

• Content Delivery (opt-in required): the free educational guide you requested at https://www.autocoveriq.com/subscribe, plus follow-up educational material on auto insurance coverage types, terminology, and state-by-state requirements.
• General Education and Updates (separate opt-in required): occasional auto insurance tips, coverage reminders, and notices when our educational content library is updated. No marketing of insurance products is included.

This SMS program is operated by an independent educational resource, not by an insurance carrier, agent, broker, or marketplace. Every message sent through the program is purely educational. We will never send insurance quotes, policy offers, or solicitations through this program, and your phone number and opt-in data will never be sold or shared with insurance carriers, agents, brokers, or lead aggregation platforms.

You opt in by ticking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on the subscribe form at https://www.autocoveriq.com/subscribe or on the opt-in form on our home page. Each message category requires its own separate opt-in — agreeing to educational content delivery does not enroll you in general tips and updates, and vice versa.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel every message in that program. You'll get one confirmation reply and then no further messages. To leave only a single message category, email us at hello@autocoveriq.com and tell us which program you'd like to exit.

The content delivery program sends at most 3 messages per opt-in event: the initial guide delivery, one follow-up with extra material, and a final summary of resources. The general education and updates program sends no more than 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Auto Cover IQ does not charge anything for SMS messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with or sold to any third party, including insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead aggregation platforms, or any other marketing organization.

Agreeing to receive SMS messages is never required to access educational content on Auto Cover IQ.

Works with most major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carrier support may vary.
